WHAT I WORK ON

Website structure and search visibility.

  • Website design: A clear, responsive WordPress website built with Elementor, with editable pages and a simple path to contact you.
  • SEO audit: Understand which search issues deserve attention first, with a prioritised review and evidence you can act on.
  • Technical SEO: Review and improve how search engines crawl, understand and access your website.
  • On-page SEO: Give each important page a clear purpose, useful content structure and consistent search signals.
  • Off-page SEO: Review your backlink profile and plan relevant, legitimate ways to build your website’s visibility.
  • Local SEO: Help eligible local businesses present accurate information and useful local service pages.

How I organise website and SEO work

When reviewing my work, separate the labelled sample projects from the documented projects on my own websites. Use the original report dates and screenshots to understand what was checked. Compare the recorded tasks with the help your business needs: an editable website, a clearer service page or a technical review. A high audit score is useful evidence about that crawl; enquiries, rankings and sales need their own measurements. Your brief can name the example you found useful and the parts you would approach differently.

My service focus brings website structure and search work into the same discussion. A visitor needs to understand the business, and the person maintaining the website needs to understand what was built or changed. I use a defined brief and an agreed task list to connect those needs. The pages on this website explain the available service areas and the kind of deliverables that can be discussed.

Start with your business information

A useful first conversation covers the service you offer, the audience you want to reach and the part of the website that needs attention. Share the existing URL when available, along with any important pages that must be retained. Your preferred language, time zone, content readiness and practical deadline help define a realistic brief. If a detail is uncertain, identify it as a question to resolve rather than using an assumption in the published website.

Make the task list understandable

A website project can name the pages, forms, images and editing handover. An SEO project can name the review area, affected URLs, evidence and intended changes. I prefer those concrete descriptions to a broad promise that everything will improve. Responsibilities for content, access and approvals should be clear. Hosting changes, new integrations, ongoing content production and third-party costs can then be discussed as separate work where they are needed.

Review the work in the form people will use

Website reviews should include the live message, mobile layout, links and enquiry path. An audit should connect its recommendations to the pages and observations behind them. These checks help make a deliverable understandable to its owner, including the limitations and tasks that depend on someone else. A change record is useful when a website is later updated because it shows what was reviewed and which decisions were made.

Keep the handover useful after the project

Editable Elementor pages allow regular text and image changes to remain in the visual editor. A page list and a short editing record help identify shared areas such as the header, footer and contact details. SEO recommendations should state the next action and any verification still required. A later review can use the agreed data and period to discuss what changed, while keeping completed work separate from unverified claims about search or business results.

A useful starting message might describe your business, its main services and the part of the website that needs attention. Include the actual URL and explain whether the immediate need is a new page structure, a focused audit or a known fault. If your content or access is still being prepared, mention that so the scope and review arrangements can reflect what is available.

The examples in my portfolio include clearly labelled sample projects and documented work on my own websites. The case studies show original audit reports, the work recorded and the limits of each comparison. Sample projects explain possible deliverables and do not claim results from a client engagement. To discuss your own website, use the contact page with a brief description of the goal, the current problem and the help you need.
