I build calm, fast WordPress websites for medical and dental clinics, with a page for every department, a doctor directory patients can search and a booking form that takes about a minute.
Northgate Family Clinic · my clinic demo website, built and tested in November 2026

People look for a doctor who treats their problem, accepts their insurance and has a time that suits them. When a clinic website hides that information or only offers a phone number during busy hours, many patients simply book somewhere else.
Doctors are listed on one long page with no search, so patients cannot see who treats children, skin or dental problems.
The front desk is busy and the line is closed after hours, so patients who wanted to book in the evening leave.
Hours, insurance, self-pay prices and what to bring are scattered or missing, which raises more calls and doubts.
The page list depends on your departments and how you take bookings. A typical clinic website includes the parts below.
A page for each department or service, with conditions treated, what to expect at the visit, the doctors who work there and an FAQ.
Doctor cards with photo, specialty and languages, search by name and filters by department, each linking to the booking form.
A short booking form that only shows doctors from the chosen department, blocks past dates and avoids asking for sensitive health details.
A quick-action bar for Book, Call, Doctors and Hours, which moves to the bottom of the screen on phones.
A unique title and meta description for every page, one clear H1, plus MedicalClinic, Physician, MedicalWebPage and FAQ schema.
WebP images, caching and careful font loading, tested with PageSpeed Insights, plus contrast and heading checks for accessibility.
To show clinics exactly what I deliver, I built Northgate Family Clinic, a demo website for a multi-specialty medical and dental clinic in Raleigh, NC. It has 15 pages, including 5 department pages, a 10-doctor directory with search and filters, online booking and a virtual assistant chat.
Google PageSpeed Insights lab tests, November 2026. Mobile performance stayed at 93 to 95. Northgate is a demo clinic, not a real practice, so these are lab scores, not rankings, bookings or traffic.

You always know what is being built, what I need from you and what happens next.
We list your departments, doctors, hours, insurance and how you take appointments. I turn that into a page plan before design starts.
I build the pages in WordPress with your brand colors, the doctor directory and booking form, and share a preview link.
Titles, meta descriptions, medical schema, internal links, accessibility checks and speed work, tested with PageSpeed Insights.
After your approval the site goes live, gets submitted to Google Search Console and you get a short guide for adding doctors and updating hours.
The price depends on the number of departments and doctors, how bookings work and how much content you can supply. Share your departments and current website and I will send a fixed quote and timeline before any work starts.
Yes. The standard setup is an appointment request form that sends the details to your team to confirm. If you already use a booking or practice management system, I can link to it or embed it instead.
A regular website form should not be used to collect health details, so my default form only asks for contact details, department, doctor and preferred time. If you need patients to send medical information online, we can connect a form or booking service that offers a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Please confirm your requirements with your compliance advisor; I am not a legal advisor.
Yes. Doctors, departments, hours and prices are edited from the WordPress dashboard without code, and you get a short guide that shows where each part is changed.
No one can honestly guarantee rankings. I build the site so Google can crawl and understand it: separate department pages, clean titles and headings, medical schema, fast loading and a Search Console setup. Rankings also depend on your Google Business Profile, reviews and local competition.
Yes. I work remotely with clinics and service businesses in the USA and other countries. We can talk by email or WhatsApp, and I adapt to your time zone for reviews.
Send your current website link (if you have one), your departments and how you take appointments today. I will reply with a page plan, timeline and price.
