HVAC website design · WordPress & Elementor

HVAC website design that makes calling you the easy next step.

I build fast WordPress websites for heating and cooling companies, with a page for every service, a page for every city you cover and a call button on every screen.

  • Service pages and city pages planned around what local customers search
  • Click-to-call, a sticky mobile call bar and a short quote form
  • Local SEO setup and speed work included, with editable Elementor pages

The problem

Most HVAC visitors decide in seconds, usually on a phone.

When an air conditioner stops working, people search, open two or three local websites and call the one that looks trustworthy and easy to reach. A website that hides the phone number, loads slowly or lists every service on one page loses that call to a competitor.

Hard to call

The phone number is in the footer or behind a menu, so mobile visitors give up and go back to the search results.

No page for each area

One generic page cannot explain which towns you serve, so it rarely appears for searches such as "AC repair in [city]".

Slow to load

Heavy themes, large images and extra fonts delay the first screen, especially on mobile data.

What you get

Everything an HVAC website needs to earn the call.

The exact page list depends on your services and service area. A typical HVAC website includes the parts below.

A page for every service

AC repair, installation, heating, maintenance or anything else you offer, each with warning signs, what is included, pricing notes and an FAQ.

City and service-area pages

Useful pages for the towns you cover, written for each area rather than copied with only the city name changed.

Built for calls on mobile

Click-to-call buttons, a sticky "Call now / Free quote" bar on phones and a short quote form asking for ZIP code, service and urgency.

Local SEO setup

A unique title and meta description for every page, one clear H1, internal links and HVACBusiness, Service and FAQ schema markup.

Speed optimization

Caching, compressed images, careful font loading and a before-and-after PageSpeed Insights test so you can see what changed.

Easy to edit yourself

Elementor pages you can update without code, plus a short handover note that shows where the phone number, services and areas are edited.

Proof from a real build

Brightvale: the HVAC website I built and tested.

To show HVAC companies exactly what I deliver, I built Brightvale Heating & Air, a demo website for an HVAC business in Austin, TX. It has 16 pages, including 4 service pages and 4 city pages, and I measured the speed work with Google PageSpeed Insights.

87 → 100Mobile performance, AC repair page
4.1 s → 1.1 sLargest Contentful Paint on mobile
93 → 100Accessibility, home page

Google PageSpeed Insights lab tests, November 2026. Brightvale is a demo business, not a real company, so these are lab scores, not rankings, calls or traffic.

How it works

From brief to launch in four clear steps.

You always know what is being built, what I need from you and what happens next.

Brief and page plan

We list your services, the towns you cover, your phone number and quote process. I turn that into a page plan before any design starts.

Design and build

I build the pages in WordPress and Elementor, with call buttons, the quote form and your brand colors, and share a preview link.

SEO and speed

Titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, internal links and speed optimization, checked with PageSpeed Insights.

Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live, gets submitted to Google Search Console and you receive a short editing guide.

FAQ

Questions HVAC owners usually ask.

How much does an HVAC website cost?

The price depends on the number of service and city pages, whether you need a quote form or booking, and how much content you can supply. Share your services and service area and I will send a fixed quote and timeline before any work starts.

How long does it take to build?

It depends on how many service and city pages you need and when your content, logo and photos are ready. I include a timeline with the quote, and you get a preview link to review the pages before launch.

Will the website rank on Google?

No one can honestly guarantee rankings. What I can do is build the site so Google can crawl and understand it: separate service and city pages, clean titles and headings, schema markup, fast loading and a Search Console setup. Rankings also depend on your Google Business Profile, reviews and competition in your area.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. The pages are built with Elementor, so you can change text, prices, photos and phone numbers without code. You also get a short guide showing where each shared element is edited.

Do you help with Google Business Profile?

Yes, as part of local SEO I can review your Google Business Profile details and make sure your name, phone number, services and service areas match the website.

Do you work with HVAC companies in the USA?

Yes. I work remotely with service businesses in the USA and other countries. We can talk by email or WhatsApp, and I adapt to your time zone for reviews.
